I am presently engaged as CIO by General Wax Company Inc. , North Hollywood, California. In addition to my engagement at General Wax I am a founding member of KonKrete Ideas Inc., a startup company involved in designing and manufacturing products to the concrete construction industry, and am engaged with a couple of other high-tech startups.
I am an experienced technology executive with over 30 years in the industry. I began my high tech employment with two years on the ground floor at NCR Corporation in their digital products maintenance group (a bench technician).
Since then I have been a member of the Tandy Corporation (UK) retail store management group and their computer support management team; I have successfully founded and run four high tech companies which companies have provided technical services to NCR Corporation, Xerox and Unisys Corporation, among others.
Immediately prior to forming Robert Heller Consulting I was a founding Director and VP Business Development for Argon Security Technologies Inc., a company engaged in developing rapid deployment wireless surveillance systems for first responders (SWAT, Fire, Paramedic and military operations).
I was also founder, President & C.E.O of Merlin Software Technologies International Inc., a publicly traded U.S. company with a focus on data and physical security and loss prevention.
